TESTIMONIALS

Rebecca & Boo

I am very hesitant with trainers, it is far too easy to state you are a dog trainer nowadays .......... Laura was accommodating sorting out a time to come over, and quick to reply. When she arrived to meet my nervous Mastiff x I was filled with confidence as she wanted to 'listen'...! She wanted as much info as possible, she wasn't just reeling off something she had learnt on the internet! Anyway I could go on for ages but long story short, Laura has given me lots to work on with Boo, and has been in contact since (no extra charge..!). I have total faith that she knows what she is talking about and I will be recommending her to anyone who asks.

Thanks Laura!

TIRED DOG AFTER TRAINING WITH LAURA PITCHER

Michelle & Enzo

I had a session with Laura yesterday and it was brilliant. We had no major problems with our Shepsky, but he's a big dog and I want him to walk better beside me and not get distracted by other things when we're out. Laura is really lovely and has so much knowledge about each breed and their traits, we really learned a lot in just one session and now can't wait to practice what she's shown me when I'm out with Enzo. I highly recommend Laura to anyone with behaviour problems in their dog, or to just fine tune their training.

DOG IN SIT AFTER TRAINING BY LAURA PITCHER

Pat & Alfie

Laura, I would like to thank you for all the help you have given me and Alfie. We are making good progress and it is all thanks to you. Walks are now becoming pleasurable (most of the time) but you have given me the confidence to deal with him easily. Your understanding of dogs is fantastic and the information you have given me has been most helpful.

Thank you again.

Helen & Chester

I have no experience with dogs and I took on an eighteen month working cocker spaniel, who had previously lived in a second floor flat in London. You cannot imagine my distress and frustration at my inability to handle this dog! Laura was a recommendation from a holistic vet and I didn't hesitate to contact her. She was patient and reassuring, giving me realistic steps to follow. This has led to Chester and I having a really good relationship, we are still progressing on a daily basis. It has turned out to be a fabulous journey, thank you Laura.

COCKER SPANIEL AFTER TRAINING BY LAURA PITCHER

Valérie & Nicolas with Digby

Our springer spaniel is 5 years old and very obedient other than he will pull when on the lead. We attended socialising / puppy classes when we first had him but unfortunately Covid prevented us from progressing. Following this I had some serious health problems which put a big strain on my wife and Digby’s training took a back seat. He behaves very well off the lead and his recall is commendable but as soon as he is attached to the lead he could pull a steam train. We were concerned that he was too old to learn new habits but after 15 minutes with Laura instructing us, it was as if somebody had switched Digby’s light on. By the time Laura left we were confident that with regular, short training sessions, we would be proud to walk him out on the lead .

Thank you so much Laura we are both so grateful to you and Digby enjoys his romps in the forest and walking with us round the town without panting so much.

Janet & Ellie

Hi, I have a 15 months old German Shepherd and had 5 trainers before meeting Laura and I knew instantly upon meeting Laura that she was the right trainer for us. She understood what I hoped to achieve with my dog and has helped me immensely towards my goals. I have a better understanding of my dog's behaviour and a better connection with her. Laura has a calm and positive attitude. She empowers me to have confidence to believe in myself and for me to do the best for my dog. We are really grateful for all of Laura's help and look forward to our lessons. We highly recommend Laura if you are looking for a dog trainer

Vicki & Benji

I have been looking for a trainer for a while that could help with Benji's fear of being groomed and reactivity when meeting dogs and people when walking. Laura came to visit us and spent time understanding what the issues were and gave me techniques to use to help with each problem. We went for a walk and I was shown what to do when we met other people and dogs and also how to get Benji to walk to heel. Although we didn't see anyone on the walk I felt confident to implement what was suggested and the next day went for a walk and met a cyclist and a dog off lead with its owners to which Benji stayed calm and showed no reactivity - I was so pleased!!! There is still much work to be done regarding his fear of being groomed but I feel so much more positive now and can start to enjoy walks again. Thank you Laura

Givi

Laura is an excellent dog trainer, I would not hesitate giving Laura 5 stars. The 1-1 training was brilliant...she came to see us so she could see my dog in his own environment, her advice totally made sense and worked...

Thank you Laura

Hiya, the difference in him already is noticeable, he made it down the road without pulling, it was like walking a new dog! He will hopefully fall asleep soon he is knackered, all the training bless him ... thank you again you were brilliant.

Honestly such a change it's crazy ... thank you

Teresa & Timba

I want to say a big thank you to Laura who has helped Timba, Richard and myself in 3 sessions to walk like this to heel. Before he was a nightmare, it was like walking Tigger bouncing everywhere, eating his lead - an all out hooligan. She has taught us to deal with his reactivity to cars, just starting on dogs. Also started recall. I would highly recommend you Laura, in a heartbeat.
